Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Every piece on our site is made to order. Once an order is placed and payment is received, we procure the fabric, finalize the design, and our artist begins hand-painting your piece — she is paid and starts work as soon as your order is confirmed.

Because of this, we're unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.

Damaged or defective items

If your piece arrives damaged or with a genuine defect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we'll work with you on a resolution.

This policy applies to all made-to-order, hand-painted pieces purchased through our site.
