Shipping Policy

Every piece we sell is made to order. Once your order is confirmed, we procure the right fabric and our artist hand-paints your piece specifically for you — this is why shipping takes longer than a typical off-the-shelf purchase.

Please allow about 20 days from the date of order to delivery. This covers sourcing the fabric, hand-painting the design, and stitching the final piece — since every motif is painted, not printed, it takes time to get right, and we'd rather take that time than rush the craft.

The price shown for each piece is inclusive of shipping — there are no separate or hidden delivery charges added at checkout. What you see is what you pay, delivered to your door.

If your order is time-sensitive (for example, needed before a specific function or event), please let us know when you enquire on WhatsApp and we'll do our best to work with your timeline.
